LONDON BUSINESS PARK

Work, nature, and art form the core narrative of the design concept. The proposed business park is located in close proximity to “Mother Teresa” Airport in Tirana. The site is physically defined by a river and a dense belt of tall trees along its southwest and northwest edges, and by the airport access road to the east. The design concept plays with volumetric silhouettes, interpreting them as living urban sculptures that engage in a playful dialogue with nature.
